The PMBOK(Project Management Body Of Knowledge) is an internationally recognised standard ( IEEE Std 1490 – 2003 ) that provides fundamentals of project management applicable to a wide range of projects. The PMBOK is a collection of processes and knowledge areas generally accepted as best practice within the project management discipline. Bamdej Tarh Co. has adopted PMBOK as its project management benchmark for project management activities. Most of the project management staff at Bamdej are certified as PMPs (Project Management Professional ) by Project Management Institute(PMI).
